Cooper Controls, Inc. patented purging system was specifically designed to eliminate chronic repetitive maintenance problems related to bubbler type flow and level measurement systems.

The SuperPurge^TM is an engineered solution to your most difficult bubbler flow meter applications. It provides a customized package that ensures consistent, reliable flow measurements.

The SuperPurge^TM uses a programmable controller and solenoid valves to initiate periodic purge sequences of the flow meter bubble tube using an external source of high pressure air.

The SuperPurge^TM allows you to connect a filtered plant air supply or commercially available air compressor to the flow meter & bubble tube, providing a virtually unlimited source of clean, low cost compressed air to maintain your flow measurement system in peak operating condition.

All that is required to get the unit up and running is to make a few simple pneumatic connections and apply power. More sophisticated systems can be supplied.
